會前受訪時，針對核一重啟是否與非核家園立場相違背？林全表示，當時希望核能電廠準時除役，不再延役。在這個前提下，考慮到電力調整還是需要時間，核一廠在不延役的情況下，如果它還是安全的、可以啟用的，那當然會朝這方面來思考。
媒體報導，夏季飆高溫，引爆缺電危機，停機17個月的核一廠1號機是否重新啟動，備受關注。立法院教育委員會將在8日排定「新政府如何處理核一廠停機與台電缺口之問題」專案報告並備詢。1050605
